Payment Policy

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)

  • Cheque or Demand Draft (subject to clearance)

  • Cash Payments (for local orders, under legal limits)

All payments must be made in [Your Currency, e.g., INR].


2. Advance Payment Terms

  • For standard container orders, we require 100% advance payment before processing and dispatch.

  • For customized container orders, a minimum of 50% advance is required to begin production, and the remaining 50% must be cleared before dispatch.

No order will be confirmed or delivered until the required payment is received and verified by our accounts team.


3. Invoicing

  • A tax invoice will be issued for every transaction, including GST (if applicable).

  • The invoice will contain item-wise pricing, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and total payable amount.

Please keep a copy of your invoice for future reference and warranty support.


4. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is made:

  • Please share the transaction details or payment proof (screenshot or reference number) with our team via email or WhatsApp.

  • Our accounts team will confirm the payment within 24 business hours and proceed with processing your order.


5. Late or Non-Payment

  • Any delay in payment may lead to processing or delivery delays.

  • In case of dishonored payments (e.g., bounced cheques), the customer is liable to pay applicable penalty charges.

  • Orders unpaid for more than 7 days may be canceled without prior notice.


6. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for detailed information. Refunds, if applicable, will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days after approval.


7. Secure Transactions

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card or banking information.
